vegandharmashop.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify TOS, Services, fees. The changes might or might not be followed by a notice depending on the scale of the modifications. vegandharmashop.com will not be liable to the User or 3rd party for these changes. The User is responsible for becoming familiar with modifications. The User shows acceptance of modifications upon using the Service after the changes have been made.


The User certifies that he or she is 18 years or older and is legally permitted to use the Services.You must register for vegandharmashop.com using your legal name, address, phone number and other information required. vegandharmashop.com can cancel your account in case these terms are not followed.The User accepts that e-mail address will be used for communication and/or newsletters. The User has the rights cancel subscription from newsletters at any time.The User is responsible for all the materials (the “Content”) used and generated by the Services. Breaching the Agreement as determined in the sole discretion of vegandharmashop.com will result in a termination of your account.

3. vegandharmashop.com RIGHTS

vegandharmashop.com reserves the right to modify Agreement, Service and charges at any time.Violating this Agreement or other rules can result in vegandharmashop.com account cancellation. We reserve the right to terminate service to any Customer for any reason at any time. You expressly understand and agree that vegandharmashop.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, investments in e-commerce activities or other losses resulting from your account cancellation. vegandharmashop.com has the right in their sole discretion to remove any Content that is available through Services. The User agrees that he or she must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the Content. Any type of abuse, threatening or unreasonable actions towards vegandharmashop.com employees will result in account termination.

vegandharmashop.com may terminate Service and User account or take technical and legal steps to block User if we think that User is creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or in any other way acting against our principles and policies. 


vegandharmashop.com will only review replacement or return requests if Product is broken or with a print error, provided that it is caused by vegandharmashop.com. The User must contact vegandharmashop.com support in 30 days after the product has been delivered and provide pictures with defects.

vegandharmashop.com will review the issue and offer a re-print if it is

vegandharmashop.com fault.

vegandharmashop.com is not responsible for incorrectly provided Customer information that results into lost or misdirected shipments. In case of a re-shipment, the User must cover the expenses.

In case of a lost or damaged order vegandharmashop.com will provide a replacement order. Please see our Terms of Service for the errors we take full responsibility for. For lost orders over $200 with no tracking information available refunds will not be provided. All refunds are issues on case to case basis.

In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, full order refund is placed to your account within 1 business day after notifying vegandharmashop.com Customer Care.

In case a refund is issued, it is placed to your vegandharmashop.com balance. The refunded amount can be used to cover the cost of newly placed orders, or can be withdrawn to your PayPal account under the Payment tab. 


vegandharmashop.com has provided the average fulfilment and shipping times; however, the actual time may wary.

vegandharmashop.com is not responsible for delays, lost packages or damage causes by a 3rd party, such as postal services. It is the responsibility of the User to contact the postal service in case of any issues concerning shipment.

vegandharmashop.com will provide a tracking code for this purpose. In special cases

vegandharmashop.com might refund a lost package, thus the User in a special case can contact support team.Once an order is confirmed, it is impossible to edit the information. Should the User need to make changes, he must contact vegandharmashop.com support team as soon as possible. vegandharmashop.com does not guarantee to be able to implement the requested changes.Title to the Products that the Customer purchases from the User via vegandharmashop.com passes to the User as soon as the products are produced.


The User must pay for orders prior to fulfillment. The User may save a credit or debit card for future charges or keep a charging balance with Paypal. In cases where a credit or debit card is missing or the balance is insufficient, the order will not be produced.The User must keep a valid credit or debit card for the Services to pay for all orders until the Services are terminated and all outstanding fees are covered in full. All payments are in U.S. dollars.Money put into vegandharmashop.com balance can be further withdrawn. The User can only use the balance for in-vegandharmashop.com purchases of products.

The User may withdraw their balance to PayPal. Withdrawals will not be granted for subscription bonuses.


The User agrees that vegandharmashop.com (and its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assignees) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages (damages for lost profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses) resulting from the use or inability to use the Service or this Agreement.The User’s use of the Service is at his own sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. vegandharmashop.com does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that the results that are obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate. However, the User has rights to request a return, exchange or replacement of a faulty product if its vegandharmashop.com's fault. vegandharmashop.com does not warrant that the quality of material 
purchased or obtained using our Service will meet User’s expectations, or that errors in the Service will be corrected.


The User agrees to hold vegandharmashop.com (and its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assignees) harmless and indemnify them from any claims or demands, including damages, liabilities attorney fees and similar due to violations of this Agreement or any other law by the User.


vegandharmashop.com (and its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assignees) is not liable for all warranties related to vegandharmashop.com’s webpage and the use of it. vegandharmashop.com assumes no liability for any errors in content; damage resulting from the use of the webpage; unauthorised access to personal information in our server; bugs, viruses or other which may be transmitted through a 3rd party or any other damage transmitted through this webpage. vegandharmashop.com also makes no warranties of sites linked to vegandharmashop.com’s webpage or their content, and of content advertised by 3rd parties. The User should use his or her best judgement when accessing 3rd party content.


Neither party shall be in default or otherwise liable for any delay in or failure of its performance under this Agreement if the delay or failure arises by reason of any Act of God, or any governmental body, natural disasters, or other reason beyond the reasonable control of such party.
